By accessing and using the Quantrex FX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Quantrex FX reserves the right to terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

Our platform operates with a strict VIP-level trading structure designed to provide scalable access to trading, investment, and premium exchange services. Each VIP tier is governed by explicit cumulative funding/deposit thresholds.

Users can only execute trades, utilize capital allocations, or access platform services permitted under their active verified VIP level. If an intended market action, position size, or feature utilization exceeds your tier's authorization limits, the transaction will be blocked until proper funding requirements are satisfied.

Once the respective funding and upgrade conditions are fully verified on-chain or via administration logs, all higher-tier features will automatically be provisioned to the account instantly.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, layering, or any activity that disrupts the integrity of the platform. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

Quantrex FX charges trading fees, withdrawal fees, and other service charges as published on our fee schedule. All fees are subject to change with prior notice. By using the platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

All content, features, and functionality on this platform are owned by Quantrex Markets LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Quantrex Markets LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Quantrex Markets LLC's registration, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Quantrex FX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
